Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of sellaibusiness.com (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service is

The Service creates personalized business plans and launch assets (“blueprints”) using structured workflows and AI, based on the answers you provide. A blueprint is a research and planning document. It is not professional, legal, financial, tax or investment advice.

No income guarantee

We do not promise, guarantee or imply that you will earn any particular amount of money, or any money at all. Figures shown in a blueprint or on this website are illustrative projections generated by an AI model, not predictions and not typical results. Your results depend on your effort, your market, your skill and factors outside anyone’s control.

AI-generated content

Blueprints combine reviewed starter material with AI personalization. AI output can be wrong, out of date or internally inconsistent. Tool names, prices, market claims and figures may be inaccurate. You are responsible for verifying anything in a blueprint before you act on it or spend money because of it.

Your responsibilities

You are solely responsible for your own business: for complying with the laws that apply to you, for any licences or registrations you need, for the claims you make to your own customers, for how you contact prospects (including anti-spam and marketing laws such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR and equivalents), and for your own tax affairs.

Payment and licence

Unlocking a blueprint is a one-off payment processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details. On payment you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use your blueprint for your own business. You may adapt the templates and use the workflow to deliver services to your own clients. You may not resell or redistribute the bundle itself.

Bundle and optional upgrade

The Blueprint Bundle is $29 once. The optional Launch Pack is a separate $49 purchase, for a total of $78 before applicable tax. The bundle includes one rematch within seven days of purchase. Rematching replaces the current assets and resets the workspace; download your current files first.

The Launch Pack includes one service-website builder, a demonstration project builder, coordinated client document exports, and an execution workspace. It includes 20 AI-assisted edits within 30 days after purchase. Failed edit requests do not consume an edit. External tools, subscriptions, domain registration, hosting, and custom services are not included.

Your downloaded files do not expire. Access to the purchased online workspace is included for at least 12 months from purchase; unlimited generation and perpetual future updates are not included. Existing purchases retain the access promised at the time of purchase.

Availability

We aim to keep the Service available and to keep your blueprint reachable at its link, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business or indirect or consequential losses.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
